Private Pay | Insurance

Couples therapy is private pay. Insurance plans often require an individual mental health diagnosis for coverage, which isn’t typically given in relational work. If you have specific questions, please reach out.

*I aim to make therapy as accessible as possible. Although I don’t offer a traditional sliding scale, I have a few flexible-rate openings available. You're welcome to contact me if cost is a possible barrier.

For Individual therapy, In-network with UPMC, UHC (Optum/UMR), Aetna, and Highmark Commercial Insurances.

We do not accept medicaid or medicare insurances.

Session Rates

Intake Assessment Session: $165

Individual Psychotherapy: $150

Couples / Relationship Therapy: $165

Professional Consultation: $150

Payment collection

Payment is due at the beginning of each session and each client is required to keep an active card on file.

Cancellation/No-Show Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed sessions will be charged the fee outlined in your intake paperwork.

No Surprise Act/Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Read more about this and other policies here.

  • Control over Treatment Length and Frequency. You and your therapist can determine the course and length of treatment without predetermined limits.
