[Pronouns: She/Her]

My therapeutic approach is person-centered and holistic—I see mental health as deeply connected to all parts of your life, including relationships, identity, stressors, and strengths.

Together, we’ll work to build self-compassion and deepen your understanding of self so you can navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence. I create a space of empathy, realism, and authentic collaboration—where your lived experience is respected, and your goals guide the work.

I integrate Level 1 & 2 Gottman Method Couples Therapy into my work with couples to support emotional connection, effective communication, and trust-building.

Treatment Focus
I provide individual and couples therapy for adults (ages 20+), supporting clients through life transitions, relational challenges, and personal growth.

Inclusion & Values
I affirm and welcome clients of all body sizes, races, sexualities, gender identities, neurotypes, and abilities. As both a clinician and a person, I am committed to anti-racism, body liberation, and creating a safe, affirming space for all identities.
